Extrusion Ice Cream Cone/Cup Filling Freezing Tunnel
Ball cone product will be produced fully automatic by NQ ice cream extrusion line and freezing tunnel. Which is mainly for producing extrusion series products. The machine has vertical extrusion, crosscutting and filling functions. The inner frame of the machine is made of stainless steel,This machine is beautiful in appearance and convenient to operate.
Extrusion device of the production line extruding raw materials onto the products trays or fill raw material into predistribution cones. Then use different operating unit for different ice-cream products, like: insert device, distribution device, cone-filling device, surface decorating device, jam adding and nuts spraying device. After a series of operations, trays with products will through the quick-frozen tunnel and then the manipulator nip and bring ice-creams out from the trays to the next step—coating chocolate and send out after wrapping.
Cone Ice Cream Chocolate Coating Machine
This machine is mainly composed of the chocolate warming box, stirring motor, floating ball valve, revolving disk and clamps. Steel needles are laid out on the clamps to correspond the pores of the revolving disk. The machine works in the following steps: first of all, align the revolving disk with frozen ice creams to the positioning hole of the clamp top surface, rotate the handle at the bottom of the clamp to drive the needles move into or out of the ice cream; when the needles are inserted into the ice creams, turn the clamp 180℃ to immerge the ice creams into the chocolate liquid in the warming box and get the ice creams coated uniformly; turn the clamp 180℃ again and rotate the clamp handle and withdraw the revolving disk.

Yes, we have our own manufacture, we produce machine by ourselves. But we also have downstream parts supplier, buy famous brand parts to our factory and get all done, assemble, welding, install and test run.

All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.
Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.
