Sanwich Extrusion Maker
NQ automatic sandwiched ice cream machine is special equipment for making sandwiched ice cream. As a main feature, this machine is driven by compressed air. Whole transmission mechanism of the machine is controlled with its pneumatic system. As soon as the compressed air is supplied, the machine would start to run right away. This NQ sandwich maker machine is safe, reliable and is of easy maintenance. It could produce a variety of sandwiched ice cream with different size and taste, either single-color or double-color.

Introduction of Magnum Ice Cream Extrusion Tunnel Line
A standard NQ-MSD series ice cream extrusion line is composed of a reciprocating product tray transmission system and an instant freezing storage. The inlet/outlet of product is set at the front of the instant freezing storage and connected to the work platform, forming a circular transmission system. A standard station frame is installed on the work platform to extrude, fill and decorate ice creams. Inside the instant freezing storage, the transmission chain twists on two sets of parallel stainless steel frames.
Main Features and Our Advantages
The instant freezing tunnel of NQ MSD series extrusion ice cream making machine is composed of two sets of prefabricated independent storages. The evaporator and high-velocity fan are positioned on the side of the chain transmission system. Inside the instant freezing storage, the transmission chain twists on the stainless steel frame along the double helical rail. All the chain supporting parts, chain gears and frames are designed to be easy to clean and maintain. Between the chain bracket and the fan is a corridor for maintenance. The tension mechanism used to fix the transmission chain thoroughly considers the temperature variation in the instant freezing tunnel. The storage panel of the instant freezing tunnel is made of stainless steel panel with PU inside. The bottom storage panel is provided with drainage ditch.

Yes, we have our own manufacture, we produce machine by ourselves. But we also have downstream parts supplier, buy famous brand parts to our factory and get all done, assemble, welding, install and test run.
Our factory located in Dalian, also have branch factory located in Shanghai, Shenyang, Taizhou, FanGang. Founders participate in cooperative construction on branch factories.
Including diary processing machines, ice cream processing machines, juice processing machines, aseptic filling machines, IQF tunnel freezer, compressor and other related equipment, like wrapping boxing machine.
All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.
Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.
We will provide installation guide in English, photos and videos to show how to install and run the simple machines. All piping and connection will be mark in sign and easy to understand. If necessary, we can also send experienced engineers go abroad to client’s place to help and guide installation.
All our machines parts provide 1 year quality guarantee, and option low cost spare parts for 2~3 years more with the machine delivery.
