Double Joint Filter

Part-3 Duplex Filter

The double filter is also called parallel switching filter. It uses two three-way ball valves to assemble two single-tube filters on a machine base. There is no need to stop when cleaning the filter. It ensures continuous operation and is a filter device for non-stop production lines. First of all, in addition to the stainless steel filter element, the filter element of this filter can also be made of high-quality honeycomb defatted fiber cotton, which can filter out particles with a particle size of more than 1μ. This filter can also be used in a single cylinder, only need to be removed at this time The common frame, the remaining dimensions remain unchanged.

Part-4 Pre-Heating/Heat Exchanger

Heat Exchanger to warm up raw material to 65℃,including balance tank 60L.

The detachable plate heat exchanger is made of many stamped corrugated thin plates at a certain interval, sealed with gaskets around them, and laminated and compressed by a frame and a compression screw. The four corner holes of the plates and gaskets form a fluid divider. Piping and collection pipe, while reasonably separating the cold and hot fluids, make them flow in the opposite direction in the flow channels on both sides of each plate, and exchange heat through the plates. The working principle: heat exchange with sterilizing materials and raw materials, Raise the 35°C raw material to the optimal temperature of 65°C for homogenization, so as to achieve the purpose of energy saving

The purpose of homogenization is to refine the fat globules in the mixture to about 1 micron to prevent the formation of the milk fat layer, to completely mix the ingredients, improve the ice cream structure, shorten the ripening time, save emulsifiers and thickeners, and effectively prevent the formation of cream particles during the freezing process. The homogenization of the mixture generally adopts two stages of homogenization, and the temperature range is 60C-70°C. The homogenization pressure varies with the composition of the mixture, the temperature, the type of homogenizer, etc.

Part-6 Pasteurizing Process

The second stage heat exchanger pasteurizes the ice cream raw materials, and the heating temperature can reach 85℃-115℃. and hold over 30 seconds. Heat recovery over 72%, Thickness of heat exchanger over 0.6mm, in stainless steel SUS304, and gasket in Perbunan. Automatic high temperature alarm, low temperature return flow, auto record function.

The ice cream raw material processed by pasteurization is characterized by low-temperature sterilization at about 72-85°C, which kills harmful bacteria in liquid while preserving the fresh nutrition and pure taste of the raw materials.

Our NQ ice cream raw material processing system (HTST system) is a kind of production flow line device intergrating dispensing, preheating, homogenizing, pasteurizer sterilization, heat preservation and CIP cleaning.
Main features: compact structure, small land space need, high heat reovery, good effect of energy saving and consuimption reduction, also simple operation.
 

Customized System

1. The inner and outer layers of the tank can be equipped with polyester foam to prevent the material temperature from losing in the tank. The material has the advantages of low thermal conductivity, light weight, high strength and low water absorption, and has good heat preservation performance.
2. It can be equipped with Miller version heating cooling layer, which is suitable for sterilization and cooling of materials such as juice and milk. It can be directly filled with ice water, hot water and hot steam.
3. Pneumatic valve and electric control panel can be added to automatically control the material in and out, the switch of mixing and the heating and cooling temperature of the material in the tank

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes, we have our own manufacture, we produce machine by ourselves. But we also have downstream parts supplier, buy famous brand parts to our factory and get all done, assemble, welding, install and test run.

Our factory located in Dalian, also have branch factory located in Shanghai, Shenyang, Taizhou, FanGang. Founders participate in cooperative construction on branch factories.

Including diary processing machines, ice cream processing machines, juice processing machines, aseptic filling machines, IQF tunnel freezer, compressor and other related equipment, like wrapping boxing machine.

All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.

Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.

We will provide installation guide in English, photos and videos to show how to install and run the simple machines. All piping and connection will be mark in sign and easy to understand. If necessary, we can also send experienced engineers go abroad to client’s place to help and guide installation.
