Empty Bottle Wind Transmission System
The main body of the air duct is made of stainless steel plate, and the air duct tuyere is made of stamping. By adjusting the gap between the guide strips at the bottleneck, the PET bottle is naturally hung on the guide strips. The top of the air duct is provided with a fan. When the fan is started, the air is discharged from the outlet and blown directly to the mouth and body of the bottle, so that the mouth and body of the bottle are under certain pressure. Under the action of pressure, the bottle is driven to carry out rapid transportation along the designed conveying line track of the air duct.

Our NQ Lifting Type Automatic Lid Capping Feeder Machines Lid Elevator Sorting Machine uses the uneven weight cap to lift the caps which match the conditions, and the unsuitable cap is lowered until it match the lifting condition and raised again. The Elevator Cap Sorter / Cap Orienter is typically floor mounted and provided with enough height to allow caps to move from the sorter discharge into the capper by gravity. Where ceiling heights do not allow for adequate elevation, a cap air or belt conveyor can be used to move the caps into the capper.

Our NQ lamp check box is used to check the water in the filled bottle for impurities.
When working, the bottle is illuminated by the backlight, and the impurities and suspended matter in the bottle after movement can be clearly seen through the light, so as to prevent missed inspection of unqualified products.
It is mainly suitable for the detection of transparent bottles in the pharmaceutical, food, chemical, pesticide and other industries, and rejects unqualified products. This product needs to be used with a platform line or installed with a bracket.

Our NQ wind blow drying machine is used to dry the outside of the bottles when the beverage is filled and bottle is capped.
After capping and inspection, the bottles should be dried with our drying machine. Before sleeve labeling, the bottles should pass three suits of our special wind knives, for which the wind origins
The whirlpool generates pressure wind, and becomes high speed wind curtain through the wind knife mouth, and then the wind blows the bottles up and down till dry. Therefore it is more convenient for the (sleeve) labeling and carton packing. In this way, this machine solves the problem that the bottle body carries water, and confirms that the bottle is dry before labeling.

Our factory located in Dalian, also have branch factory located in Shanghai, Shenyang, Taizhou, FanGang. Founders participate in cooperative construction on branch factories.

All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.
Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.
