Our NQ-bag in box filling machine with weight measurement mode, high filling accuracy and easy to set up and adjust filling volume; with ingenious design. Installed a card for fixing the pocket & capping mechanism at the filling position, and the capping & filling mutual switch mechanism etc. so that this machine can cap at the same card position after filling is finished no need to move the plastic lid, therefore, overcome the capping troublesome problem due to the bag too soft (before capping and after filling) to move. Our NQ horizontal doypoack stand-up pouch making filling machine uses PLC control frequency converter’s output, which can make motor drive transmission shaft rotate according to requirements, then the mechanical cams on the shaft will transform rotationi motion to various linera motion, firstly fold the film roll to requested shape, then make bags by heat, and cut into sole bags, then mechanical hand will open bags, then fill into the liquid and heat-sealed for finishing process. All of the motions are Horizontal Motions.

Yes, we have our own manufacture, we produce machine by ourselves. But we also have downstream parts supplier, buy famous brand parts to our factory and get all done, assemble, welding, install and test run.
Our factory located in Dalian, also have branch factory located in Shanghai, Shenyang, Taizhou, FanGang. Founders participate in cooperative construction on branch factories.
Including diary processing machines, ice cream processing machines, juice processing machines, aseptic filling machines, IQF tunnel freezer, compressor and other related equipment, like wrapping boxing machine.
All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.
Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.
We will provide installation guide in English, photos and videos to show how to install and run the simple machines. All piping and connection will be mark in sign and easy to understand.
