NQ milk cooling tank is used for storage and cooling the fresh juice of pasture and farm, it also can be used for small milk collection station, dairy processing plants, and food, feed, pharmaceutical factories.

NQ refrigerated mixing and storage tank is made up tank body, agitator, refrigerating unit and control box. The tank body is made of stainless steel 304, and be minutely polished. Insulation is filled by polyurethane foam, light weight, good insulation properties.

CIP Cleaning System

NQ-CIP cleaning system is commonly know as Cleaning-In-Place, the CIP system is widely used as a method to clean the pipelines and vessels in dairy, jam, and beverage processing lines.

NQ- CIP cleaning system is the CIP cleaning station. The cleaning station usually has two-tank, three-tank, four-tank and five-tank types. Currently, four-tank type (acid tank, alkali tank, water tank and recovery tank) and five tanks (Alkali tank, acid tank, hot water tank, recovery water tank (neutralization tank), clean water tank) are mostly. The solution stored in each cleaning tank is different, and different cleaning procedures and different detergents are used according to the cleaning needs.

1. Do you manufacture the machine?

Yes, we have our own manufacture, we produce machine by ourselves. But we also have downstream parts supplier, buy famous brand parts to our factory and get all done, assemble, welding, install and test run.

2. Where is your factory located?

Our factory located in Dalian, also have branch factory located in Shanghai, Shenyang, Taizhou, FanGang. Founders participate in cooperative construction on branch factories.

3. What kind of machine do you manufacture?

Including diary processing machines, ice cream processing machines, juice processing machines, aseptic filling machines, IQF tunnel freezer, compressor and other related equipment, like wrapping boxing machine.

4. How long is delivery time?

All machines are personalized customization proposal, will be manufactured by client order, delivery time is based on actual production schedule, roughly around 45 ~85 days, within 2~3 months.

5. How do you deliver the machine?

Small machines will be packed by wooden case and delivered by sea container; big machines will be wrapped by pallet wrap and iron wire reinforced in the container by shipment. Also for some inland country, we can deliver by train or truck by road.

6. How can we install the machine?

We will provide installation guide in English, photos and videos to show how to install and run the simple machines. All piping and connection will be mark in sign and easy to understand. If necessary, we can also send experienced engineers go abroad to client’s place to help and guide installation.

7. How long is the guarantee time for the machine?

All our machines parts provide 1 year quality guarantee, and option low cost spare parts for 2~3 years more with the machine delivery.
